Description
A year into our journey as a newly merged organisation, Hedyn brings together two ambitious housing providers into a unified, values-led Group and one of the largest Registered Social Landlords in Wales. As we now move from merger to deepening integration and continuous improvement, we’re seeking three new Board Members who will help us deliver our strategic objectives, maintain high-quality governance, and bring fresh insight as we grow. Whether this is your first or next non-executive role, you’ll bring strategic perspective, strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge constructively.
This opportunity is for an experienced professional with a background in housing development, able to offer breadth of knowledge across land, partnerships, planning and sales. This role may also include joining the Board of Candleston, our commercial subsidiary delivering high-quality homes and mixed tenure communities.
The estimated time commitment is 2 days a month.
